On the first floor of this two-story semi-detached home, a spacious 40-square-meter area houses the living area and the open kitchen—including two dining areas—as well as the bright, spacious guest restroom. Light floods into this room through the door and four large windows that stretch across the entire front of the building. The covered terrace, which features another dining area, also extends across the entire front of the house.
