About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Manigod-Merdassier, this charming apartment located in front of the Aravis chain, at the foot of the slopes of Merdassier! With a surface area of 25 m², it is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 10 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub). Bed linen and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance with storage cupboard, corridor and bunk beds (two beds)
- A living room of 10 m² with TV, Wifi included, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A balcony of 3.75m x 1.2m, facing south / southeast, with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Manigod, at the foot of the slopes of Merdassier, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, at the top of the resort. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist sites : La Clusaz (10min), Manigod (5min), Annecy and its lake (45min) and Geneva (1h15).
- Sporting activities : In summer you have access to the outdoor swimming pool in Merdassier, 5 minutes away by car (paying access 3€ adult, 2€ child), as well as many departures for walks/hiking or biking/biking 30 meters away from the studio. In winter you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snowboarding, dog sledding...
- Events : Lake Annecy festival on the first weekend of August. Music festival in June at the top of the Cabeau head and many festivities to see directly with the tourist office of Manigod and La Clusaz.
Transportation :
- You can park for free near the accommodation.
- Bus shuttle
- Nearest train station : Annecy train station at 55 minutes by car
- Nearest airports : Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport at about 1h20 by car, Geneva airport at about 1h15
