About this apartment rental
In an art deco residence with private garden and parking, beautiful apartment facing South-West, renovated with all comforts with 4 bedrooms, 80 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the old center of Villers and the tourist office. Casino a stone's throw away. Apartment on the first floor with large balcony in a very sought-after area (private passage), quiet for up to 10 people. Parties are prohibited. Possibility of linen kit in addition.
Rental ONLY to families, NOT groups of young people, thank you for your understanding. The apartment is completely renovated, very comfortable with a very large functional and fully equipped kitchen. It feels like home! An equipped laundry room is also available to travelers. You will find a washing machine, a dryer and all the cleaning equipment. Cleaning products are also available during your stay if needed. A cot for baby is available. A Nespresso machine is at your disposal. There are also many toys available for children as well as books.
You will also have the possibility to park your car(s) for free in the large park of the residence. The accommodations are non-smoking but a large garden is at your disposal as well as a large balcony. Finally, for the possibility of co-ownership and respect for the neighborhood, it is not possible to party.

In addition and on request from our concierge you can obtain towels + sheets. A check for 700€ will be requested as a deposit. It will be returned to you at the end of the stay.
