Be one of our first guests to enjoy our freshly, renovated fully-stocked home. This 4-level Wicker Park home offers all you will need plus more when visiting Chicago. The location and neighborhood are hard to beat when it comes to safety and reputation!
Pull in to this spacious, attached garage, and escape into this beautiful, tranquil layout. Welcome yourself to this luxurious-styled home featuring:
* 2 King master en-suites with super comfy mattresses
* A third en-suite with two twin beds w/super comfy mattresses
* 3 full en-suite bathrooms with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner. All showers are very spacious and will not want to get out! One full bathroom has dual side-by-side sinks with a jetted tub!!
* 1 half-bath off the kitchen
* Pullout sofa with queen memory-foam mattress in living room, along with pullout sofa w/ full memory-foam mattress on top-level
* A Custom Chef's Kitchen stocked w/ all the latest and greatest appliances and granite counter tops: utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses
* Dining room table to seat 6, and kitchen bar to seat 2
* Custom built-in bar w/ mini-fridge
* Custom built-in cabinetry and shelving throughout
Other things to note about the space:
-In/Out Access is hard to beat!
-Nest thermostats!
-Living/dining area has 55” SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. SMART TV in each bedroom!
-3 Workspace areas
-Small Patio/balcony off the kitchen
-Cozy fireplace, In-unit washer/dryer, and Hardwood floors through out. Just off Division St. It is a truly unbeatable Wicker Park location.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Wicker Park is considered one of Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes.
Q: PARKING?
A: The large, attached garage is a huge bonus to this property. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!
Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.
Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. Early check-ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.
Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
Other Things to Note:
The double twin en-suite bedroom is on the main floor after walking in the front door so bringing in luggage should be easier than most. However, there are stairs throughout the home (main living/kitchen/dining is up a flight of stairs once entering). Both en-suite king bedrooms are on the 3rd level, so it will be 2 flights of carpeted stairs inside the home. The 4th level is where the pullout sofa bedroom is. If it’s challenging walking up and down stairs, this may not be the best place for you.
**This is considered a single-family home, but there is a nice family that lives next door, so please be courteous.
-Building security prohibits residents of (city of Chicago/suburbs) unless exception due to certain circumstances!! This has nothing to do with national origin, as any nationality is welcome to book!
-Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
-Unauthorized Late Check Out -Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
-Smoking in Home/Common Area (rooftop stairs) - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit
-Excessive Cleaning - Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items - Varies depending on cost of item
Missing Keys - $100.00 minimum charge
Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred
Noise Complaints Complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in Home- Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages.
Forgotten Personal Belongings - $75.00 minimum charge
