About this house rental
Let your troubles melt away as you relax in this tucked-away home built just feet from the broad stone-filled Pacolet River. A rustic 4br/3ba home that comfortably sleeps 8. Breathe in the fresh mountain air while having a family cookout with the Big Green Egg or enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch while taking in the sounds of the river.
The exercise and game room ensures that you are never bored. Only 9 minutes away from the picturesque downtown of Saluda, 5 min and from Pearson’s Fall!This is the perfect place to leave all worries and work behind.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.
While traveling in the mountains and enjoying the amazing views, phone signals can be spotty at times. - High-Speed Internet from Starlink -

🌲The Space:
There are four bedrooms in total.
1. Downstairs bedroom with king bed
2. Double bed downstairs
3. Double bed upstairs
4. Double bed upstairs.
There is also a portable crib if needed.
🌲Kitchen:
Large fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and ice maker. Dining room table for up to 8. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!
🌲Bathrooms:
Master bath on the main floor— walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Guest bath on main— shower.
Guest Bath on the second floor- Shower.
All are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.
🌲Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum, broom, and general cleaning supplies.
🌲Entertainment:
Smart TV in the main living room with Chromecast to play any of your personal media apps that are Chromecast enabled. Smart TV in the upstairs loft area. Multiple board games, card games, and a Ping pong table.
🌲Outside:
The backyard's focus is the river, fun, and relaxation! The back deck has many levels for relaxing and BBQing
🌲Fires:
There is an outdoor wood-burning fire pit with views of the river. Gas logs in the living room and kitchen. Please note these are only available from October thru March.
🌲Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas and the garage of the home. The rest of the property, both inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck and by the river are not tolerated.
🐶We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.
🐶We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and will need to leave if this happens.
Examples:
Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.
Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 8 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 8th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.

This rustic cabin is located on a shallow river with a small waterfall. It is so beautiful and very convenient to Tryon and Saluda.
Some nice restaurant, shops, a cool petting farm, a cheese making farm with a shop, and hiking trails are nearby.
If you want to sleep in much past sunrise, bring eye shades as a couple of the bedrooms have no shades.
We have been twice, and we plan to return!
