There is space for the whole gang to get together and hang out. The living room has an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. There is a large dining room table that can seat six people to enjoy dinner, games, or some hors d`oeuvres. Overall the house is very comfortable. Need more cooking pots and pans. We brought our own pans and we were able to cook for everyone. Did not get to use the pool as there were too many mosquitoes and not enough lighting. Pool could use some lights.

This property was amazing! It was perfect for our group of friends! Plenty of towels for everyone, place to play outdoor games, and just comfortable!!!!

New build, was very clean and spacious. We did not feel crowded at all… we had 10 people with us.
I will say for future guests, you are not able to rent a golf cart due to location, so if that’s something you due at beach don’t book. There was very few pots/pans… when I say few I mean one small pan to cook in for 10 people.
Pool is a cocktail pool… very nice. However no pool lights or if there was no instruction on how to turn on, so unable to swim at night.
Overall, nice place and would book again.

-Skiff house could use a LIFT for groceries, bags and luggage.
-The skiff house stairs are more than usual and anyone with the slightest disability could not use that home.
