This bright and cozy apartment with a balcony is located on the 8th floor and is accessible by two elevators. It offers a beautiful view of Horumersiel Harbor and the North Sea coast and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2020.
The apartment features two bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with hypoallergenic comforters and pillows. The master bedroom has two single beds with storage space and height-adjustable slatted frames, an LED TV, and a sea view. The children’s bedroom features a sturdy adult-sized bunk bed with storage space and a large, spacious 4-door wardrobe; it does not have a window. The pull-out sofa in the living room can also be used as a sleeper sofa.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa bed (including a chaise longue), a cozy wingback chair with a footstool, a large dining area with an extendable dining table and five chairs, a large LED TV, a radio, and a selection of board games and children’s games.
The open-concept kitchen has plenty of storage space and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a two-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker.
The bathroom features a spacious shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available on-site, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the first floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the vacation rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. You can obtain laundry tokens at the front desk.
