Steeped in historical charm, this property is one of the first luxury villas built in the famous town of Porto Rotondo, perched atop a panoramic hill to fully enjoy the breathtaking views of this renowned coastline. The interiors have retained their original charm and stately elegance; the natural rocks of the hill are left exposed, an exclusive and captivating feature of this villa.
Spanning multiple levels to ensure a commanding panoramic view of the sea, this property opens from the main gate onto a well-maintained garden with three covered parking spaces. On this level, a comfortable guest house features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a small kitchenette, and a lovely living room with a fireplace. From this level of the property, an elevator with glass doors takes guests to the villa’s main level via a breathtaking ascent. The main level can also be reached via a beautiful staircase that winds through the lush vegetation; finally, there are additional staircases leading to the pool area and the rooftop terrace.
The main level of the villa features a spacious indoor-outdoor area with a dining and living space, a newly built separate kitchen, and 4 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles, and 1 bedroom with a single bed or pull-out double bed), all with en-suite bathrooms.
On the rooftop level, a spacious sun terrace features a hot tub where you can soak in the stunning view of the coastline: here, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms enjoy the most panoramic part of the villa, offering a luxurious vacation experience.
Finally, the pool is the highlight of Villa Sa Licia, positioned on one side of the hill to take in the sea view and accessible via outdoor stairs. The pool, with its sunbathing area, has been carved into the granite hillside and is enhanced by a massive rock that plunges into the water.
