The property was in a great location. It needs a lot of updating, especially the carpet and bathrooms. The condo is very spacious. The rooftop has an amazing view but unfortunately it is not kept well. The stairs are not to code so be careful when you walk up. But the bottom line is that this place is very close to all the restaurants, and a hop skip, and a jump away from the beach!
