The Signature Luxury Condos at the MGM Grand is an exclusive guard-gated luxury resort located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Services include a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, hi-tech fitness room, complimentary valet service, high speed internet and wi-fi access inside the suite and throughout the resort.
• Fully furnished suite connected to MGM GRAND resort and casino.
• Plush pillow-top King Size Bed + Queen Size pullout sofa bed
• Closet, cabinets, drawers with plenty of storage space.
• Table with phone and built-in power strip.
• Large Balcony with city lights view (35th floor) — PLEASE NOTE that per MGM policy, furniture is not allowed on the balcony.
• Kitchenette equipped with sink, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge. Dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware. Complimentary coffee/tea bags.
• Large bathroom with essentials, hair dryer, towels, separate shower, double sinks, granite counters, marble floors.
• Two-person jacuzzi whirlpool tub.
• Free Internet WiFi.
• Cable TV, mounted 42 inch flatscreen LG HDTV and a small TV in the bathroom.
• Clothes iron and board in closet.
• Air conditioning.
• Ice machine on same floor.

Guests have full access to all MGM GRAND amenities without any resort fees (normally $35/day).

Access to all of the MGM Grand amenities including the pools (with lazy river) and MGM Signature fitness rooms and restaurants. Casinos, world-renowned restaurants, food court, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues are convenient with a moving walkway that takes you from the lobby of the Signature building right into the the MGM casino.
Free Valet parking 24/7 (please tip $1-2 when giving and receiving vehicle, but you save about $18/day on parking).
This is a privately owned Suite and is not operated by MGM. Everything in the studio is my personal property, so please DO NOT take anything. (Spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc.)
Safes are non-operational! However, nobody enters the room while you are staying here—there is no housekeeping service during your stay (see below).
Booking directly through the owner means you are NOT paying for EXTRA services you would pay for if you book a room through the MGM resorts. Here are the extra fees you DO NOT have to pay:
$20 for floors 29-38 (this unit is on the 35th floor)
$10-15 Balcony
$15 Strip View
$35-40 Resort access
No frills/housekeeping - Cleaning is only done before and after check-out, so you only have to pay a cleaning fee once. The longer you stay, the more you save. Optional additional cleaning services are available for a fee.
On check-in, you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit to MGM for incidentals of $100/night up to $300 (or they can put a hold on your credit card).
21+ only.
Note: The front desk will only be able to help with issues related to the resort and amenities they provide, not the condo itself (which is privately owned). For other maintenance issues, Wi-Fi problems, linens, and cleaning, you need to contact me (Noelle/Ark Vacations) directly. Please try to communicate issues between 10am - 3pm. I may not be able to solve problems outside of these hours unless they are extremely urgent.

Only thing is they closed down all the pools for a lifeguard training so out of the three pools we did not get to enjoy a single one

Great hosts who are very responsive and communicable. However, one thing that swayed our 5 star rating to a 4 star rating was the fact that there was no hot water during our stay, so we had to cold shower it. Not something that the hosts could really do anything about, but just know that is a possibility. Could have been due to the sheer volume of people using water at the same time.

Overall the stay was nice. The view was beautiful. The room was a little dusty and dingy. The balcony was dirty, and there was hair in the jacuzzi, so that was a bit gross.
