Very beautiful cottage "Cascina MonteRosa", built in 1900, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: natural state property 500 m2, garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Mar. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Asti 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 16 years. The owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. In a breathtakingly beautiful area, M. and J. have built their dream, a renovated wine farm with two beautiful appartments. The finishing touches to the entire property are meticulous, and furnished with great taste. We enjoyed the two-person appartment, equipped with all conveniences. Despite being the smallest apartment, it offered considerable living space. The space in front and next to the house, where there is also the fine swimming pool, was also available.
