About this villa rental
Rental 7 days from Saturday to Saturday in July and fortnightly rental (14 days) in August.
Ideally located 20 minutes from Avignon, Vaison la Romaine, Carpentras, 15 minutes from the Dentelles de Montmirail and 7 minutes from Orange, in a typical Provencal village close to all urban amenities and tourist places.
Ideal for tourism, the wine route, cycling and hiking, the villa is located in the heart of Provence in Jonquières in a quiet and residential area, at the end of a private road. Very pretty traditional Provencal villa offering 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and 3 toilets, one of which is in one of the bathrooms and an outdoor pool house. The bedding is of high quality. An extra travel cot is also available as well as a high chair. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available.
Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities: dishwasher, hood, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and very largely equipped with crockery, accessories, cocktail shaker.
Air conditioning throughout the house, WIFI, dressing room, TV Internet, bluetooth speaker...
2 sofas in the living room and a BZ sofa bed for children (thin mattress in 110x190 and sheets not provided).
Large quiet sunny and shaded garden of 2700 square meters, with barbecue and all garden furniture: 2 large tables and 10 chairs.
Rectangular heated in-ground pool of 5 meters on each side by 10 m (liner), depth 0 to 1.80m, automatic ph and chlorine settings. Bath games provided. 3 bicycles are available free of charge with their anti-theft device. The accommodations are at your disposal, everything will be done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Parking is free, you can park up to 4 cars inside the property. Rental only fortnightly and only during the summer period. Nice but independent cat present on the premises (outside), we leave you some kibble to pour from time to time!
