La struttura è molto curata, in perfetto stile eoliano. I gestori sono persone estremamente disponibili e attenti. La posizione è comoda per il “centro” e per fare la camminata al vulcano.
È posizionata su strada piuttosto frequentata da macchine (per quanto ovviamente sia sempre Vulcano e quindi non siano eccessive) e ha davanti una gelateria che nel periodo estivo rimane aperta fino a tardi (1:30-2 di notte), rendendo assai difficile un buon sonno, unitamente ai rumori interni delle altre camere della struttura (forse una insonorizzazione potrebbe risolvere il problema). Se avete il sonno leggero, consiglierei di chiedere le camere interne o pernottare altrove. Colazione sufficiente, ma da migliorare. Nella terza settimana di agosto il prezzo è assolutamente non congruo rispetto alla qualità e ai servizi offerti.

Location is ideal. Staff is nice.
Very basic rooms, tiny. No tea cooker or even a table or a chair. No inside lobby for bad weather. Breakfast was basic too.
