Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

Excellent location. Unit was exactly as described. Suited our needs for the two of us. People were so friendly at the complex. We even had a couple of them offer to help us unload the car

The dishes weren't clean. We had to wash them before any use. The kitchen needs cleaned and more towels, dish clothes should be provided. Ive stayed at at many VRBO sites and this was lacking attention. The maintance of the front cabinets need painted.
