This is a three-story townhouse with a two-car garage, and it fits 8 guests.
First floor:

Second floor:
• Master bedroom (Queen memory foam mattress) with private bathroom (stand up shower and large jetted bath tub, dual sinks, large walk-in closet) and blackout curtains
• Bedroom 2 (Queen memory foam mattress), walk-in closet and blackout curtains
• Bedroom 3 (Queen memory foam mattress), walk-in closet and blackout curtains
• Full bathroom is shared for bedroom 2 & 3
• Laundry
• Bar cart with toiletries
Third Floor:
• Pull out sofa bed with queen mattress
• Full bathroom
• Foosball table
• Pinball machine (Party Zone)

Guest access
You will be provided with a unique code to access the front door. Your code will only be active for the duration of your stay. The main gate has 1 code to both enter and exit. You will be provided a remote clicker to access both main gate and garage.
NOTE: There will be a $75 fee for lost remote clicker.

This property is equipped with 2 recording devices that record video and audio: the first one is a doorbell camera (located outside near the front door), the second one is located in the garage. The 3 additional outdoor security cameras mounted around the property are deterrents and do not record video nor audio. There are no recording devices located inside the property.

The location of this rental was perfect for us to attend events both in downtown Houston as well as The Woodlands. The parking is tight, as expected in the area, but the host gave great instructions to help make it easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. My only wish is that a few more kitchen/bath towels and utensils were provided. Otherwise, this rental was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. Bonus, it was walking distance to the Houston Farmers Market for a great selection of produce, as well as several restaurants and convenience stores.

Very spacious and comfortable condo with a lot of nice amenities. Gated property with two car garage with two additional parking spaces as well. Great for a family or group stay, very clean and well maintained property.

Three place was as described. Jinan was extremely hospitable and accommodating. We had an issue with a smoke detector and she handled it beautifully and promptly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time on vacation. Five stars 🌠

I loved everything!!! Jinan was great. With my flight times , I needed to checkin extremely early and check out late and Jinan was very understanding and even accommodated the times free for me since it was my birthday which I loved lol. The house was perfect for me and friends. Very spacious and clean and the master bathroom was amazing. Check in was smooth and the location was perfect. Everything was within 10 mins of us. Any questions I had Jinan responded quickly and was so nice and sweet. I definitely recommend , 10 out of 10!!!!!
