The villa provides a Golf Premier Membership and access to Punta Mita amenities, and it is staffed with a Concierge, Chef Service, Butler, and Maids.
PREMIER MEMBERSHIP. Access to ALL resident beach clubs, fitness, tennis center, golf. St. Regis beach club is available if you purchase their day pass (subject to availability, $80 min. consumption of food & beverage per person).

Effective January 6, 2026, all Punta Mita Beach Clubs will introduce a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Fee.
This is a one-time per-guest charge for the full duration of the rental and will be collected with your final balance prior to arrival.
Fees per guest (for the entire stay):
Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
Children under 5: No charge
This policy is set by the Punta Mita Beach Clubs and applies to all guests with club access.
