Throughout this home, you'll find four gorgeous bedrooms. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms off of the main hallway, each with one king bed in each. On the other end of the first floor is the third bed, with one queen bed and direct access to a cozy screened-in porch with comfy seating and a great view of the big backyard! Upstairs, the entire top floor has been converted into a huge fourth bedroom, with two full beds, cozy design, and lots of unique, comfy seating.

There are three full bathrooms in this home. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms with a king bed has an attached master ensuite, with two sinks, one toilet, and a walk-in shower. We chose this property for our trip to Memphis to celebrate our youngest son’s graduation from Rhodes. Our other two adult kids and their families travelled in to join us as well. The house was perfect for our needs - very open and spacious, with roomy living areas and a large kitchen. The bedrooms had ample space as well. The pool table in the den was a huge hit with our family - they spent countless hours trying to one-up each other (as did I!). We also brought our BBD (“big brown dog” Shadow), since the property is very pet-friendly. Just remember that the owners need to be notified in advance, and there is a small additional charge for it. The backyard was a huge hit as well - we cooked out for our graduation dinner (although remember to bring your propane). We picked up some firewood at the local Home Depot and had several fires in their Solo stove, including a round of smores. The hot tub was large enough for everyone, and nice and clean. We also put the yard games, including Jenga, Connect-4 and corn-hole to good use. The back yard was so popular that even the mosquitos loved it - but nothing that some Off couldn’t handle. Check in was very easy and the neighborhood is clean and felt safe. There’s plenty of parking, although the driveway is a bit narrow so be cautious with those larger vehicles.

It can be quite difficult to travel with animals, as many places don't want the hassle and cleaning it takes to host pets. We were able to bring 3 animals to this location and they had plenty of room to run around in the large yard. Bri was especially accommodating in providing my group a late check-out so we could explore Memphis a bit more. We enjoyed our space and our time in the hot tub and outdoor lighting. We felt very safe and the free coffee was fantastic!

Had a great stay. Location was excellent. No more than 15 min to anywhere we went. The beds were more comfortable than any other place I’ve stayed. Communication was great. Responded to my questions very quickly. The outside area was fun. Only negative thing would be the Hot tub didn’t get hot enough.

The host was fine - responsive. However there were many aspects of the rental that weren’t great. The hot tub was off and uncovered when we got there, so we couldn’t use it the first night. The dishwasher was broken, and the house was not particularly clean, and the location didn’t feel walkable due to numerous homeless people hanging around the street.
