Welcome to Casa Baron, a spacious luxury smart home just 5 minutes from Downtown Houston! Enjoy 3 BR, 3.5 baths, a game room with a custom mural, a rooftop terrace with skyline views, and a backyard with a BBQ grill and putt-putt. The modern kitchen has all essentials, and free parking is included. Perfect for long stays, we offer special discounts for extended visits. Restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away!
The Space:
Start your morning off right with complementary coffee. You will have uninterrupted access to the entire, fully furnished house during your stay, except for the attic, front storage room as well as the storage room in the Master bedroom. The house is equipped with speedy WiFi and Alexa throughout to control lights and fans in the dining room, kitchen, living area and in each room. Play any song on demand everywhere or in one area/room. Tell Alexa its movie night or dinner time to set the mood. The entrance lights downstairs will automatically turn on and off if too dark and with motion.
Casa Baron has enough beds to sleep 10 people comfortably. We have declared the security cameras located outdoors and we do not have any cameras indoor.

• Super Mario themed game room is located in the garage with a foosball table, over 100 NES and SNES games on Nintendo Switch. The game room's temperature is controlled by its own AC unit with a remote located inside.

• Living area with a new 75” smart TV and surround system (for music or movies).
• Brand new couch that is easily converted into a queen-sized bed.
• Games including: Catch phrase, Jenga, Playing Cards, Guess Who, Connect 4, Dominos, a Poker Set, Cards Against Humanity, and Uno.
• Chef's kitchen with a stove on the island and an oven. A Keurig coffee machine and cooking appliances.

Drivetimes:
- 3 minutes to East River 9 (Nine-Hole, Par-3 Golf Course,
Driving Range + Pickleball Facility)
- 11 minutes to Downtown Aquarium
- 12 minutes to the Houston Medical Center and Museum District.
- 18 minutes to NRG Stadium.

This property was in a great location for all the activities our family had planned in Houston, at the end of our days we played Nintendo in the game room. Parking was great for our large van. Comfortable beds, I would recommend and stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental in Houston and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations! Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The three spacious bedrooms provided ample space for everyone in our group, and each bathroom was clean, well-stocked with toiletries, and beautifully decorated. It's great for both small groups and larger families. Kitchen: The large, fully equipped kitchen was perfect for making meals. We enjoyed cooking together, thanks to the modern appliances and plenty of counter space. It also had everything we needed from pots and pans to a coffee maker, making it feel like home. Game Room: The game room was a highlight! It had an amazing foosball table, and the selection of arcade video games kept us entertained for hours. It was a great spot for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Backyard & Hot Tub: The backyard with its hot tub was the perfect spot to relax in the evening. Whether it was enjoying a quiet moment under the stars or lounging after a fun day, the outdoor space was inviting and well-maintained. Location: The rental was in a great part of Houston, close to downtown dining, shopping, and a variety of attractions. It made getting around easy and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a comfortable and fun place to stay in Houston.

House is as described.
Lovely home. Everything you need is available for short or extended stay.
Checked in very late and it was so nice to wake up to coffee provided.
The roof top was so nice to sit out and see the Houston sky line in the evening.
Only caution is for anyone who has mobility issues and struggles with stairs as there are many.
Host was helpful and checked to see that everything was going well.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
