About this house rental
Live like a local in 4,400 sq ft house w/dock; great for family groups with water views in every room. Boat to Siesta Beach (#1 Beach in the USA) in 15 minutes via new Midnight Pass opening; no need to fight beach parking and lugging beach stuff! Or drive 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach. Fish right off the backyard or kayak (two provided)/SUP to Jim Neville Marine Preserve & Midnight Pass Beach. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning area. Grand kitchen island seating six with separate 8-person dinning table convenient for entertaining. Covered second floor lanai dining and built-in BBQ area. Third floor lanai and home theatre room boasts sweeping views of Siesta Key and sunsets.

Step outside your luxury accommodations for easy access to boating and fishing. Bring your own boat/jet ski (or rent/charter one nearby) and enjoy private access to Little Sarasota Bay and Turtle Beach or Midnight Pass Beach on Siesta Key.
Stay inside and enjoy the fresh furniture and decor that offer spacious indoor living, spectacular sunsets, and a focus on brining the outside beauty in.
First floor entrance and covered parking for three cars. Dedicated laundry room on second floor.

HOME THEATRE ROOM: Dedicated 3rd floor entertainment space with Samsung 75" The Frame Smart TV, enhanced speaker system, and blackout curtains for TV and movie streaming.
KIDS PLAYROOM & SAFETY: Dedicated kids play area next to kitchen stocked with toys, games, art supplies and creative play activities. Kids safety locks inside on doors. Rent clean and safe baby gear, from a Sarasota local, conveniently delivered to our rental: Www.babyquip.com/lindsey215.
BOATING: Private use of our dock. Boat channel is directly in front of our shoreline, well maintained, and water depth varies but high tide can be 4 feet and low 2 feet 10 inches. Most boats up to 30 feet can easily navigate our channel. Our dock usually has 4 feet of water at high tide. Charter a boat trip with www.salty seahorse charters.com.
NEARBY: Conveniently located near many shops (all 1-2 miles away: Publix, Target, Sprouts, Costco, Total Wine, and Walmart), local restaurants, and beach destinations. Only 4 miles to Siesta Key, 7 miles to Nokomis Beach, 8 miles to downtown Sarasota, and 9 miles to Venice Island.

Where do I even begin? Our week-long stay at this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! We loved preparing meals in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen—it had everything we could possibly need. The complimentary coffee was a delightful touch, and the freshly ground coffee made in the built-in coffee machine was, hands down, some of the best we’ve had in a long time.The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor decks provided a perfect spot to relax. The kids’ playroom was a lifesaver for our young grandchildren, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. Most of our time was spent enjoying the incredible saltwater pool with stunning views of the bay.Joanna was amazing—super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this gorgeous home, conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, the beach, and Siesta Key.

If you’re looking for the perfect get away for peace and relaxation, this is it! The home is stunning and the view is breathtaking . We couldn’t have asked for more. The pool is wonderful and offers a break from the ocean with a perfect view of the bay. Manatees, fishing, and boats surround you. There is so much to do and the owners provide ocean kayaks and a paddle board and anything and everything you could want for the beach ! The owners were INCREDIBLY easy and kind to deal with and communicate right away with any questions or concerns you could have. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying in this beautiful spot and can’t wait to come back next year !!! Thank you Joanna and Mike for sharing your piece of PARADISE with our family!

Everything was simply outstanding! Slight hiccup with a/c was quickly dealt with. Joanna was extremely attentive and highly communicative! We hope to return again next year! Sooooo many positive things about thia property - it was PERFECT for our crew!
