Nice place and apartment. But service from Deluxe Homes could be better.Didn't place the access cards where they said they would.. and then it took them a day to figure out who put it where.Also stove was connected to a gas bottle and it ran out. So they couldn't fix it for us for 48 hours and didn't compensate us for the costs they caused us to eat out.They wanted to connect it to gas from the building again and it took them so long.. could have just quickly brought a new bottle and fixed it after we left (and why didn't the know in first place).So beware that you could run into some trouble and they are really more 3rd world service not what you expect in Dubai.

What a great place! SUPER clean, 1 block to Metro - super easy to use... Everything was there within blocks - their staff was just amazing - for us Americans who needed extra help with things. Super fast in helping us. Just a lovely lovely space. Really nice location. Everyone were A+... going back in feb. will be staying same place. Nice to have 24/7 door man. Parking right there...pool was lovely... washer in until sure was a help.
