. Câline, our cat, will be delighted to welcome you to Villa Casamus. She’ll stay with you throughout your stay and just needs a few strokes and a daily meal, but she won’t tolerate other animals of any kind!!

Are you looking for the tranquility of Provence’s small villages—Grasse, Valbonne, Saint-Paul-de-Vence? This modern villa will delight you with its spacious rooms and a pool where you can swim, play, or simply relax. The Mediterranean Sea is just 20 minutes away (Mandelieu), making this villa ideally situated between the sea and the mountains. When you return from your outings, a hot tub awaits you to help you unwind.
This renovated villa features one 18 m² master suite with a 180-bed, two 18 m² upstairs bedrooms with 140-beds, and a smaller 9 m² ground-floor bedroom with a 160-bed. The master suite features a magnificent bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is another shower room upstairs.
For everyone’s enjoyment, there is a large 12x6m swimming pool plus a small pool that doubles as a Jacuzzi. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a workout area with an exercise bike and a PowerPlate vibration platform. Umbrellas, 7 sun loungers, a shade sail, and 2 lounge areas for relaxing.
The villa’s location isn’t suitable for loud, late-night parties; please be considerate of the neighbors.
Linens are provided, as well as a set of bath towels so you don’t have to pack them in your luggage.
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 24 hours before the first day of your stay.
The security deposit is €4,000 (of which €2,000 is cashed on the day of the property inspection, plus a €2,000 deposit check that is not cashed). This is to avoid the inconveniences we’ve previously experienced with tenants who have not respected the property or the high-quality furnishings included in the rental. The check will be returned and the security deposit refunded 48 hours after the exit inventory is completed.
