My family and I spent fall break at this rental coming from the west coast. It had a lot of room for us all, a good size kitchen and plenty of room for everyone on the couch. We never ran out of towels or blankets and there were a lot of things to cook with in the kitchen. Host replied very quickly to any questions.
Neighborhood was quiet, not much to walk to you would need to drive for the nearest store or restaurant but it felt completely safe.
Only cons I would say were the windows downstairs don’t lock, however we were able to use the little latches that let you keep the window cracked without opening all the way which was fine. The beds were also pretty hard and squeaky but it was a minor flaw compared to everything else being really convenient and comfortable.

I informed them it was 4 friends, mixed company and I would need at least 2 rooms and 4 beds. They did meet those requests, but it was 3 beds in 1 room and 1 in the other, so I had to bring the to bunk down, move the furniture in the 2nd room and a friend had to sleep on it in the ground.
