This unit has a golf course view from the back, a private garage stall and convenient parking located right by the unit. There will be a deck off the second level living / dining and a first floor patio.

“Ryan’s Retreat” is named after a friend of ours who unexpectedly passed away in July 2022. He couldn’t get enough of Lake Okoboji; loved being on the lake spending time with friends and family. If you have spent any time here in the past, he has probably bought you a drink at some point. He had the biggest heart and we wanted his memory & love for Okoboji to live on.

This property was so clean and very nice!! Location was wonderful, and Kristin was available for questions. She even accommodated our group and let us check in early. A beautiful condo!!

We brought a 13 year old, 8 year old, and 3 year old. Everyone loved it! Perfect location for us. The home was comfy and clean. Very pretty home!
