House was great - very clean, tons of parking, close to beach and some great restaurants. Only thing to be aware of is the house uses a solar water heater, so showers werent steamy hot, but other than that it was great for our group of 8 adults.

We had a blast here fun hang out space. A little cold in the winter but there were space heater provided which was really nice. Pool table and other features were super nice. However you have to share parking with the neighbor and the owner who stopped by quite a bit. Make sure you ask for a lock box or something if you have multiple guests that want to go different places.

We had a party of 14 in for a wedding. The house was more than capable of letting us all spread out or enjoy our times together as a family!

Highly recommend staying here especially with a big group. Plenty to do in and out of the house. Monika was a wonderful host and responded quickly the couple times we had questions. This is one of the best areas to stay in LA and this house made it even better!
