Less than 2 miles to Spring Valley Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen, back patio, 2 car garage with remote. Loft has a desk/ working area along with a sofa bed. Gated complex with pool and hottub.

This townhouse was our home for six weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. The location was quiet, secure and convenient for us. The house was comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The bed in main bedroom was very comfortable and we had occasion to enjoy the gas fireplace on a couple of cool, rainy days. We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore Las Vegas away from The Strip but still close enough to visit the casinos.
