House Rules:
No smoking or vaping inside or near open windows/doors. Violators will be fined up to \$1,000 and asked to leave without a refund.
No parties with outside guests; all guests must be listed on the reservation. Max capacity is 16 people.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music at any time.

We had the BEST time. The home had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. It was extremely clean. The hosts were very accommodating as well!! Will definitely be back soon.

This house was beautiful and the location was great. One thing to note is the back bedrooms with the double beds and the other room attached does not have air. It was very hot. They did have a portable air but it didn’t cool the rooms. It was uncomfortable for the kids but it would have been unbearable for adults. Otherwise this property was perfect!! Beautiful!!

We were four adults and three children..5, 8 and 10...this was our second stay at Santa Lucia and found the property perfect for us. The layout is great and it is light and airy in feel...all of the rooms have TV's and though we didn't need to use them all it works nicely for those who might. The kitchen is great and the laundry so easy to use. Everyone had a wonderful trip!
