About this bed and breakfast
Just remodeled old barn with original wood beams and floors. All new Kitchen/bathroom/furniture and appliances. Attached to main house but private entrance and driveway. Minutes from the beautiful town of Wilmington. 15 Minutes from MT snow Skiing and 5 minutes to beautiful Wards beach at Lake Whitingham.
New Hot tub and deck to enjoy the after a long hike or watching the amazing stars. Just added a firepit. wood provided
Perfect for 4 guests. Deck right off the kitchen perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors.
Guest will have access to own driveway and entrance. The home portion has a full-time residence so please be respectful of noise. This is not a party house but a quint home perfect for enjoying Vermont.
Nice 1/4 mile walk to the beautiful downtown Wilmington. There you can hop on the free Moover shuttle that can take you to the Ski Mountain, restaurants and bars.
* - Primary renter must be 25 years old and over
*- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/each up to 3-night stay. $150/each for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)
*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. Wilmington was a great small town with good food and local shopping. Would stay again and recommend to others.
