Communication was absolutely great-instant replies and very friendly returns

On arrival the floor was just a bit dusty and the road noise can be a bit of a bother if you are a light sleeper

I booked this property because there is ample parking there. It had a kitchen with bar area, dishes and coffee available. AC with remote and TV with Netflix were available. A small balcony with a table and chairs was also handy. Bathroom and room were both in fantastic condition. Place was decorated and comfortable. There was soap in a dispenser in the shower. Clean towels were also provided. Host was easily accessible via WhatsApp whenever I had any questions. Instructions on how and where to retrieve the key was clear once I was able to access the link sent from host. There were photos and text in the instructions which were provided in both French and English. There is a Carrefour and a pharmacy both within walking distance which were very handy. The apartment is located in a somewhat more quiet part of the city so it was easy to navigate- traffic-wise. Very accessible to highways for travel. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice!

Wifi was down. Host contacted service provider and said it was a network wide issue. I had needed it for work and was out of data so this was a bit stressful. Hallways of building were super dark and smoky smelling- some cigarette butts on floors, so I actually avoided going out past dark. I had trouble accessing the link to see the entry instructions at first. I had been taking flights and trains with no internet available in the hours prior to arrival. This would not have been a problem had I not booked last minute. Because of this, a neighbor seemed quite offended about me wondering around and demanded to know where I was going. Book ahead so that you can see the instructions on how to check in because it is a gated self-check in. You will need to find parking outside if you drove, punch the key code to enter gate, find the lock box outside of building , do the code, get the key, punch the code in for the building, go upstairs… I did not see room numbers but if you follow the host instructions, it is easy to find! I assumed the gate would open automatically when I drove out after check out but it does not so I had get the key and remote again from the lock box, park the car outside of the gate, return the key to the lock box.

Realy comfortable, clean, well adjust and well located, close to bus stops and market. Great spot to travel alone.
