La struttura è nuova; in posizione comoda sia per andare in spiaggia, sia per scendere a Livadi al supermercato. Ha una bella terrazza dove si può mangiare all’ombra e un bello spazio contiguo per gli aperitivi; vista mare! Niko è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Anche il servizio di pulizia incluso ogni tre giorni è particolarmente apprezzabile.
Forse un po’ più di utensili per la cucina ( pentole e casseruole più grandi, forchette…) sarebbero necessari, così come qualche spazio in più per sistemare le proprie cose.

La casa è molto bella, arredata con gusto in ogni dettaglio. La terrazza è ampia e godibile, con una bella vista sul mare, il tavolo per mangiare fuori e divani per rilassarsi. Nikos è estremamente gentile e disponibile, è venuto ad accoglierci al porto ed è stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. La posizione è anche molto comoda, vicinissima al paese di Livadi, a pochi minuti di macchina dalla Chora e a breve distanza dalle spiagge più belle di Astypalea.
