Very enjoyable holiday

We liked the space in the apartment, the balconies were great. The rooms were big. It is in a lovely place Italian Homing staff were always very supportive if we needed anything fixed and a hair dryer and and clothes rack were supplied and always helpful with advice. Over all we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our accommodation.

A bigger fridge and freezer , extra pillows, a light blanket for each bed for mid night time. Air conditioning kept switching off from time to time but it was easily fixed . Thicker mattress on all the beds would help those of us who suffer from back ache. It would have been nice if the beds and towels were ready when we arrived but Italian Homing Staff had it sorted within the hour. It would be very helpful to if we could have access to the laundry on level 1 to wash clothes . I would really like to have this facility if I return again please. Whilst the pool area was very nice at times there was sediment in the pool until it was cleaned out on Thursday. It is very difficult to get a taxi service and they are extremely expensive It would be nice if there was some doing coffee and snacks in the mornings

The room was very clean and big. Quiet and green. Very good location. The staff very helpful. There was also a gentleman the father of the owner very helpful. The rastaurant deserves the rate 100/10 🤩

Not good value for money

The pool was very nice , the appartement was clean and big and the air conditioning was useful as it was quite hot while we were there . Check in / check out is easy although it would be nice for someone to meet you there when you arrive to show you where to bring the waste etc as there was no info folder in the appartement.

The property is aged and is in the middle of an upgrade . This means that it does look half finished and a s a building site in places and the appartement was definitely aged . The ‘kitchen ‘ in a wardrobe is kind of useful but realistically you are not going to be cooking many meals in there as it’s only equipped with the bare minimum of utensils / pots / pans . The WiFi did not work in our appartement . We notified the agency straight away of this - travelling with 2 teenagers and no WiFi is not a great combo - there were lots of promises to get it fixed but nothing ever materialised and the only place it ever worked was in the reception . If you’ve booked the appartement with an agency you have to park on -2 in the carpark but if you come back anytime after 7 then prepare yourself for parking wars … as there’s no lines on the floor and the spaces are very tight you end up fighting for a space as people just dump their cars spread over 2 spaces (see photos) and with no staff in the building to keep an eye on this … floor 1 is for the owners of the appartements so off limits . We ended up using the car park from the supermarket round the corner a few times … Location is not great - if you have transport then you’re ok but if you have no car / bikes then you are walking a long way to Sirmione / Desenzano, restaurants… there is a supermarket around the corner however which is super handy . We put all of this behind us and had a great holiday anyway but this should not be priced at the current rates in the state it’s currently in . It’s under development and that should be reflected in fairer pricing . We’ve stayed in quite a few places around the lake over the years and this was the most expensive vs quality . For the current pricing you should have a finished, well managed accommodation. All in all bit of a dissapointment for us but we made it work .

The location was very central, with a supermarket right behind the complex. We had a car so it was a five minute drive to the lake shore. Pool was super, Beside a road but that didn’t annoy us, and the staff very helpful. We were also in the area for the hail storm on 23rd and we are so thankful the apartment had underground parking - as any vehicle parked on a road was damaged.

Just be aware it is a developing complex and there is some building work going on, but this in no way impacted our holiday - in terms of noise or disruption. The work is nearing completion and will add a number of new apartments with a private poolside veranda.

Former hotel transfered into appartements. No service. Electricity wasn't working we have to open a industral electricity cabinet to do it ourselves. Search for keys reset the electricity. This is something a elektricien needs to do not a tourist. The noise of the street is hard when you sit outsite.

Disappointing

Wasted Money, photos are deceptive don’t be fooled by the pool, Apartment needs Renovating. Cobwebs, awful smelling balcony covered in rust and mould. Had trouble accessing the property, it’s located on a main road with no restaurants or nice scenery for miles! No Taxi’s available meant pulling suitcases in extortionate heat. Really not the holiday we were hoping for :(

Badeværelset var ved at falde fra hinanden, vask, armatur badeværelsesmøblet og toilettet m.m var alle løse og langt fra optimalt. Vi havde ikke været opmærksomme på at der stod det kun var sovesofaer og ingen senge hvilket var ærgerligt, men at det så var så dårlige sovesofaer at man kunne mærke alle stænger og fjedre gennem er under al kritik. Vi tog afsted før tid primært for at få noget ordentligt at sove i. Generelt er stedet og poolen nedslidt.

Fijn en deze voldaan aan onze verwachtingen

De locatie was goed toegankelijk. We zou ik het fijn vinden als de uitleg in et Nederlands wordt gedaan. Volgens mijn zijn er tegenwoordig veel mogelijkheden om engel om te zetten naar de taal van de bezoeker.

De bezem was oud en die zou vervangen mogen worden. De douch had iets groter mogen zijn want de totale badkamer was groot genoeg.

Leider nicht so schön

Der Pool war nett, obwohl auch dieser renovierungsbedürftig war

Leider hat man vor Ort niemanden angetroffen alles ging nur über WhatsApp. Das Hotel war leider sehr runter gekommen und das hat man an sämtlichen Ecken gesehen. Unser Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, auf dem Herd und Tisch eingeklebte Speisereste vom Vorgänger. Im Zimmer waren Ameisen und es roch nach Gulli. Was uns sehr verwundert hat, es gab keine Decken auf Anfrage hieß es, das diese nicht inklusive wären. Da war ich dann froh das wir unsere Schlafsacke dabei hatten. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr notdürftig. Es gab keinen Stöpsel für das Spülbecken, sehr wenig Geschirr. Das Hotel liegt an der Straße so war es auch Nachts durch die Autos sehr laut.

Urlaub mit Freunden und Kindern

Günstig und gut organisiert. Pool immer sehr sauber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pizzeria und Spielplatz gleich um die Ecke.

Längerer Weg zum Gardasee, kein direkter Weg vorhanden. Optisch alt und etwas heruntergekommen, trotzdem sauber und für den Preis top.

Einmal war’s ok aber ich würde die Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen und auch nicht empfehlen

Der Poolbereich ist ganz schon und auch die Größe des Appartment

Es ist teilweise sehr ungepflegt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Man muss ständig befürchten, dass man gleich einen Türgriff in der Hand hat oder beim Stecker ziehen die ganze Steckdose aus der Wand kommt. WLAN hat genau einen Tag funktioniert und dann keine Verbindung mehr was sehr schlecht ist, da man selbst kaum bis gar keinen Empfang hat. Problem wurde von unserer Seite gemeldet aber hat nichts geändert. Wenn ich eine Unterkunft mit WLan buche, dann er warte ich auch, dass es funktioniert!

Elhasznált, idejétmúlt berendezés, gyenge felszereltség, az épület általános állapota... Ezek azért hagynak kívánni valót... A bútorok a dédnagyanyám butoraihoz voltak hasonlóak, szagban is. Mindenen látszik a jó régóta használat, ráférne egy korszerűsítés...A konyhai eszközök javarészt mosatlanul voltak elrakva a szekrénybe, a mosogatógép bűzlött, a mosogató csapja lógott... Gazdatlannak mondanám.

Schön, groß, zufrieden Urlaubsfeeling, Gardasee Gerne wieder 😊

Alles schön sauber und frisch.sogar eine Spülmaschine war da. Der Balkon war groß, Klima war super.pool ist wie auf den Bildern Sicherheit gut gemacht.(Schlüsselkasten sind praktisch) Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.

Defekte Fernseher (wenn man es benötigt) Leider kein guten Parkplatz erhalten,(je nach Auto) Kommunikation etwas umständlich. Buslinie leider nicht optimal (abends)

L'emplacement, la taille du logement, le nombre de lits, le chauffe-eau marche bien, le prix, le support via Whatsapp pour arriver au logement

Un contrat à rallonge avec tout ce qu'on doit payer en cas de casse, des instructions pour accéder au logement dignes d'un escape-game ( pas de réseau lorsqu'on en a besoin pour ouvrir le portail en arrivant, lol) Plus de chauffage après le 15/04, pas assez de couvertures supplémentaires, ambiance froide et humide dans le logement, le personnel en congés pour Pâques, la table et les chaises couverts de poussière, pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, un sèche-cheveux rafistolé avec du chewing-gum

In die Jahre gekommene sehr einfache Einrichtung

Kinder fanden den Pool gut.

Eine in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung. Gebucht haben wir Appartements, basierend auf den Bildern. Bekommen haben wir das Gleiche, bloß dunkel und um 10 Jahre abgenutzte und veraltete Wohnung. Gut, dass wir nur für eine Nacht dort geblieben sind, sonst wäre der Urlaub ruiniert.
