Accommodation was clean, host very helpful and the team at reception including security staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I will definitely use the place again as both hosts on the 2 occasions I stayed there in the last week were amazingly good.
Check out should be standard, midday checkout would be ideal. 11am for one host and other 12 noon. I would suggest 12 o’clock as standard checkout time.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and prompt. They were professional yet empathetic to my needs. And they kept in touch with me till I fully settled in
The room needed to be fumigated and the hot water wasn't working properly. But asides, that, it was a pleasant experience
