Location, apartment set up.
The breakfast set up can be a little more versatile. If a full kitchen provided, I would expect some food in the fridge. Especially if you stay for 3+ days.

Location to Vatican. Roomy apt. Easy check in process.
Could not get wifi in 2nd bedroom. Then, in the kitchen there was only one working plug (had to alternate between espresso machine & toaster).
