Smooth check-in process. Details for checking in clear and detailed. Staff reached out on morning of check-in. Entire process was great. Fast and prompt reply. Effort made to welcome guest with good comfortable stay with necessary preparations like towels and toiletries. Nice decor. Kitchen available for cooking if you need with cooking utensils, convection stove, fridge and microwave. There is also a laundry yard for washing. Flat screen TV was great equipped for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Location of apartment was great, there are a few convenience supermarket outlets just right beside the apartment block which are 24 hrs and they accept touchNgo payment. Do grocer needs are well taken care off. If you fancy having a meal downstairs, they are a few eateries as well. Aeon hypermarket is also within reach though abit further up. Apartment is also a short 10min or so ride to CIQ Sentral, so you get to enjoy a quiet time near the Danga Bay beach away from the City while still near enough to the malls and check point.

Perhaps it would have been better that firmer pillows can be provided. More bottled water? The balcony area there were a few cigarette butt's which we cleared before we settled in. No big issue otherwise. Highly recommended value for money.

My stay was overall pleasant with a smooth check-in process, responsive customer service, and a clear check-in guide. The homestay was well-equipped with essentials like body wash, shampoo, toilet rolls, a microwave, electric cookers, tableware, a washing machine, and a smart TV—making it very suitable for families. The location was excellent, with 24-hour mini markets and eateries within walking distance. Plus, Danga Bay Beach was just next to the residences, which was a great bonus!

However, one of the rooms had a non-functional air-conditioning unit, forcing my kids to sleep in the living room on the sofa beds. Despite booking a two-room unit for two nights, we could only effectively use one room. Customer service and technical support responded promptly to check the issue but couldn't fix it due to a lack of spare parts. While customer service did escalate the matter, I was quite disappointed that the management took no further action to resolve the problem.
