Logement propre et bien équipé. Idéalement situé pour pouvoir se balader à pied. Ne donne pas sur la rue donc très calme pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse.

Appartement au calme au fond d'une ruelle. Cela permet de bien profiter de la terrasse. Belle pièce de vie au premier niveau et chambres sympathiques à l'étage. Appartement bien équipé. Pas loin de la plage par un cheminement arboré sympathique. Deux places de parking privatives à l'entrée du logement très pratiques. Commerces proches à pieds (supermarché et boulangerie). Nous avons passé une belle semaine à Bénodet.

This was a great apartment, on two levels, accessed by external stairs leading up to the front door of the apartment building (there are only two or three flats in the building, so it's private). The first level is stunning: it is a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining area and living room, with large sliding windows giving access onto a wide balcony/terrace, which has a both a casual seating area and dining table and chairs, where we took all our meals. There are two powered awnings that provided welcome shade from the sun and shelter during the one rainy day during our stay. There is a downstairs bathroom and utility. Upstairs, the bedrooms are comfortable, with two bathrooms - one ensuite, the other shared. There are fans in all of the rooms, which helped us to keep cool in the heatwave (we visited in late June). The kitchen is one of the best equipped of any rental of which we have experience: there is a large fridge with ice maker and water cooler, an excellent hob, oven and microwave and ample utensils, crockery and cooking pots. There were some toys and games for our youngest (we had a lot of fun with the wooden railway set). The location was a pleasant surprise: the walk down to Bénodet beach via the Chemin de Kersalé is lovely; the supermarket (a Carrefour) with petrol station is very close and walkable, as are two bakeries and a rather good take away pizza place. The owner, Vanessa, was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond.
