Super friendly, helpful hosts. Location was quite remote, completely silent and perfect for a peaceful getaway in the countryside. Bed was huge, extremely comfortable and cottage had loads of historical features and charm. Exactly what we were looking for and even exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend if you want a quirky property with charm and all mod cons. Secure orchard next to cottage to let our dog have a run around.
The only tiny thing I’d say would be a small sign on the front of the cottage just to let you know which building is yours as there are a few barns etc once you enter the gates, apart from that no notes!

It’s a beautiful cottage, with obvious character and history and lovely decor and furniture. It’s spacious and well-equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we slept really well. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with drinks at the end of a day out, too. It’s very peaceful and easy to unwind there.
Robin was a great host and the men working in the main house were friendly too when we saw them. As was Max!

Gardener’s cottage is a lovely cottage on a farm. The cottage is cosy and spacious. Our dog had lots of room to play on the grounds. The hosts were very welcoming to us and our dog.

The communication from the owners. I felt as if it was "there you are....here it is and that's that" It just felt as if it was not "loved"
