The location made a good base for our day trips. It was close to fun things. We were comfortable and particularly appreciated the availability of the outdoor seating area, fire pit and grill. There was a glitch with the cabin water, but the hosts were *AMAZINGLY* responsive and got it sorted out and fixed in good time. Things do happen, and these folks provided truly excellent customer service!
The proximity of Rte 1 made it a bit noisy (and the fact the highway department was doing night paving -- certainly nothing the hosts could help! -- contributed). But the tradeoff was that it was easy to get where we wanted to go, so we'll happily accept a bit of road noise.
