The place has a very nice staff and is like a 5 min walk to beach tops. It is very clean, very comfortable and even has a bar attached to it downstairs. The location is not far from the Split airport and has some places to drink and eat nearby. It should be fine if you're not traveling by car -however I didn't need to go to a supermarket, for instance, so I can't say about that. The woman who checked me in and out was very solicit and even borrowed me some amenities, like sunscreen.
