Het huisje (het achterhuis van een boerderij, dus vast aan de woning) is heerlijk rustig gelegen vlakbij uitvalswegen in alle richtingen. 's Nachts is het pikkedonker en persoonlijk houden wij daar erg van. De woonkamer met kleine keuken is licht, knus en ruim. Er is een sierhaard. De keuken is compleet, maar heeft geen vriezer. De vaatwasser staat op de gang. Douche en bedden zijn top. De ouderslaapkamer is comfortabel groot. De communicatie met Jolijn ging voortreffelijk en zij verwelkomt je persoonlijk. Op vragen reageerde zij adequaat. De boerderij is een speeltuin voor kinderen.
Niet echt tegenvallers, maar waar we geen rekening mee hadden gehouden was dat de stapelbedden niet in een slaapkamer staan, maar in een tussenruimte naar de ouderslaapkamer toe. In die tussenruimte vind je ook de deuren naar toilet en douche (en de vaatwasser). Het kan dus gehorig zijn als iemand 's nachts naar het toilet moet. Bij de stapelbedden is geen nachtlampje of lichtknop. De TV lijkt alleen geschikt voor apps en niet voor reguliere programma's. Toilet en badkamer zijn gescheiden en krap, met weinig ruimte voor spullen.
