Sobre todo la localización (junto a la estación de tren y no muy lejos del centro). Buen trato con dueños.
Al ser final de temporada había ya algunos desperfectos de uso que no da tiempo a reparar entre clientes pero que no impedían disfrutar del alojamiento.

Our stay in the apartment was good. The location is walking distance to the city center. The parking was easy, but it was not 2€ per day. It was 3,50€ per day. The apartment is spacious, which is great for families. The apartment is also pet friendly, which is a huge plus. Communication was always prompt.
On the negative side, the bed linens had an unpleasant, humid smell, like they did not dry properly. This made the bedrooms smell musty, and this was uncomfortable. The dishes stored in the cabinets were wet and still dirty. It seemed like the cleaning between guests was done in a rush. There was laundry in the washer and dryer when we arrived, and it remained there throughout our stay.

Spacieux, décoré avec goût et matelas très confortable.
Le parking, bien que mentionné dans la description, n’était pas inclus dans le prix. Des places de stationnement publiques payantes étaient cependant disponibles devant l’immeuble.
