Apartment Helios - self check in, strict center

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment.

Great location close to bars and cafes Huge apartment with very large rooms Enormous well-equipped kitchen with very modern appliances. Excellent desk/working space 2 terraces on either side of the building 2 toilets is helpful Very communicative host with almost immediate responses to any problems

The apartment is very old with old doors, window frames, floors and fittings Bathroom is on the small side with an old fashioned deep tub and shower curtain The working space is next to a former entrance meaning sound from the outside corridors is quite intrusive Curtains on the bedroom widow are far too thin and do not block out morning sunlight

sehr geräumige Wohnung, alles sauber, geschamckvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Super zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig und nur,ein Katzensprung an die Drau und Altstadt, alles Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right across from Sakuntala Park and just a short walk to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and the river. It felt very homely and comfortable, with a huge, cozy lounge and a really nice bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the WiFi worked well. The owner was very responsive to any questions, and check-in/out was quick and easy. The apartment is in an older building and is located upstairs, so there are stairs to reach it. It’s not fully soundproofed, but this didn’t bother us during our stay. Although parking isn’t included, we were able to find free spaces nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment—and would stay again ourselves.

The main bathroom’s bath/shower had a little mould and could use some extra attention, and the second bathroom (toilet only) had a mild odor, so we didn’t use it. I’m sure this could be easily touched up and it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again.
