Schöne Wohnung im Dresdner Stadtteil. Bilder entsprechen zu 95% der aktuellen Wohnung (die restlichen 5% sind Teppich im WZ und die Spritzschutzwand an der Badewanne). Küchenausstattung mit allem notwendigen vorhanden, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, geräumiger Kühl-Gefrier-Kombischrank.
2 Fernseher verhindern Kanalkriege (bei Bedarf), WLAN funktioniert prima.
Zugang durchs Treppenhaus im Hochparterre. Kleine ebenerdige Terrasse mit anschließendem Grün. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar. Parken vor dem Haus bzw. in der Umgebung an der Strasse war immer gut möglich. Vermieter nett und hat uns auch ein paar Tipps gegeben.
Eigentlich alles prima.
Wer aber mit Hund unterwegs ist, spricht am besten vorher mal mit dem Vermieter.

Very nice appartment in quiet area, equipped with everything you may need during your stay.The owner Marcel is extremely helpful. Grocery in walking distance, even the lake to swim as well not far away.
We couldn’t use the parking as the car is too high with a box but there wasn’t a problem to park in front of the house any time. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartments, located in a quiet and green area. It`s about 30 minutes by tram to the center. The room has everything you need for life: new furniture, lots of dishes, new towels and bed linen. A gorgeous terrace with access to the inner courtyard. A very attentive owner who is always ready to help. Thanks to this, the vacation was really perfect. I also recommend it for families with small children (there are sanitary facilities, a high chair for kids, etc. in the apartments).
