The staff were attentive and accomodating; allowing us to store our luggage and stay bu the pool until we left for our next destination.
The hotel design is lovely and the pool refreshing. It would be convenient for airport access. A number of quality restaurants and small stores are within walking distance.
It's a pity that they have to use dogs for security. The barking was disruptive in the early morning.

Como fui de trabajo, estuvo bien para solo dormir
No le hicieron aseo a la habitación
El sistema de llaves para las habitaciones no funciona, con una sola abren todas las puertas.
El encargado del ingreso se demora en llegar, cuando se timbra para entrar o salir.

Que está cerca al aeropuerto vanguardia
Que la persona de recepción es demasiado distraída. Nos iba a cobrar 30,000 pesos demás y no consumimos absolutamente nada en el hotel si no fuera por la dueña que le dijo que sólo nos cobrara 130,000 por la habitación ella nos estaría cobrando 160,000 qué fue lo que le dijo a mi esposo. Todo lo que se le hablaba no lo escuchaba o lo entendía mal
