Location & facilities

Not transparent & could not contact the landlord. Full payment recovered on the day of the booking. Damaged deposit of CAD 500, which was supposed to be collected in cash at the point of check-in, was debited on the day before the arrival. On the day of check-out, the damaged deposit (CAD 500) was not returned as promised.

Good

The location is very good. Easy access to Vancouver by car or public transport, bus stop just around the corner within 1 hour in downtown Vancouver or by car in half a hour in Stephenson. Shoppingcentre and restaurant close by. The suit is ok 2 bedrooms not really specious but ok for a short stay. Bathroom is perfect even got a washer/dryer.

Contact with "the Host" all contact was online. We didn't have any other contact. All information and rules came by mail. We were missing a watercooker in the kitchen, a light beside the bed in one of the bedrooms. It would be nice to find some coffee or tea for the first needs in the suit.. Overall it didn't feel real welcoming
