B&B HOTEL Vejle

The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are cleaned upon a request and it has to be requested the day before. Its actually not a problem as long as you are aware of that. We stayed for 4 days and never met a single person from the staff. All check in and out was done automatically and the process is smooth and easy. In general we had a great stay. The location is amazing. As we were hit with a massive heat wave we were very thankful that the rooms and hallways are air conditioned.

The rooms are rather small.

The building felt very new and was immaculate in all areas. The staff were really friendly and offered some useful advice about local attractions.

Not sure if there was a lack of communication between staff or if it was the company policy with reducing cleaning but the waste bins in our room were not emptied the whole time we were there 3nights/ 2 full days. The bathroom was not cleaned either. Had we been staying any longer I would have spoken to a member of staff to find out why this was.

Good room, comfortable bed..

Check in is a nightmare.. you're asked to check in online to save time, but they ask you so many personal questions etc.. not ok. Then get to the hotel, and you have to... yes.. check in. And put in a number to get the lift to work.. which didn't.. had to call reception.. Such a lot of palaver.. keyless hotel.. not a thing worth pursuing..

The rooms clean and still fairly ew. Location and parking for free

Breakfast room is very small with not enough space for guests. Food quality is quite low, but acceptable for the price. The hotel also recommends a nearby restaurant with a discount voucher, but it feels overpriced even after the supposed 25% discount. I’d eat elsewhere. There may even be different pricing on the English menu.
