Wszystko w porządku poza miejscem do parkowania. Nie zawsze można było zostawić samochód pod budynkiem, a pozostałe miejsca parkingowe 250 m dalej.

Bardzo słaba izolacja akustyczna między apartamentami, praktycznie wszystko słychać u sąsiadów, rozmowy, stuki, kroki. Brak papieru toaletowego w toalecie i podstawowych produktów jak sól pieprz sól w kuchni. Parking przed obiektem zbyt mały aby pomieścić wszystkie samochody gości, alternatywny parking znajduje się dosyć daleko od obiektu.
