Comfortable, large clean rooms. Air conditioning works great. Kind staff. Very nice view of the sea and close to the centre. ( About a 15 minute walk ).

One of the bathrooms had a strange smell coming out of it sometimes, (suite 5 I believe) but it would usually subside if you keep the door shut. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Very close to Psaromoura beach. Fully usable apartment, with a complete kitchen, large fridge etc. Nice nearly-private patio on the ground floor apartments. Parking was always easy to find within 2 minutes walk on the street, sometimes right in front of the hotel.

Only one key for 3 guests is inconvenient. Rather uncomfortable mattresses, too springy. Not really a minus but the bathroom has a fan AND a ventilation hole towards the living room, which is a strange setup.

new property, very close to a nice beach

- Impossible to achieve nice temperature in both rooms. Aircondition only in one of the two rooms, requiring close windows in BOTH rooms to operate but not capable to cool them both. No shutter in the front balcony (necessitating close curtains to avoid strong sunlight and close doors to have the air-condition on) but with close windows the main bedroom (without air-con) was too hot. - Inconvenient for breakfast. The property offers no breakfast and the apartment has a fridge but no kitchen, plates, cutlery etc while there are no coffee shops, bakery, mini markets etc within (safe) walking distance. - Difficult and not always available parking spot on the narrow street. - Having a car is highly recommended as it is no safe walking around in narrow streets without sidewalks, especially at nights. - Although not depended to the property, the lovely psaromoura beach (the main reason for choosing staying in the area) was always overcrowded, charging 3 times more for a sunbed set compared to the other beaches around and hardly allowing some free space for those prefer to use their own equipment.
