η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή με την ανατολή να προβάλλει από την Θάλασσα και η παραλία της με τα πεντακάθαρα νερά , ήσυχη χωρίς κύμα για τέλειες βουτιές.
Το μόνο αρνητικό που βρήκα ήταν ο δρόμος πρόσβασης στο κατάλυμα,, αλλά αυτό είναι το λιγότερο.

Struttura molto bella e ben situata. Il panorama che si vedeva dalla terrazza era meraviglioso. Il residence si trovai proprio sopra ad una spiaggia molto carina, Psaromoura Beach e altre calette sono facilmente raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi o in macchina.
Sono presenti anche molti ristoranti/taverne nelle vicinanze e supermercati.

new property, very close to a nice beach
- Impossible to achieve nice temperature in both rooms. Aircondition only in one of the two rooms, requiring close windows in BOTH rooms to operate but not capable to cool them both. No shutter in the front balcony (necessitating close curtains to avoid strong sunlight and close doors to have the air-condition on) but with close windows the main bedroom (without air-con) was too hot.
- Inconvenient for breakfast. The property offers no breakfast and the apartment has a fridge but no kitchen, plates, cutlery etc while there are no coffee shops, bakery, mini markets etc within (safe) walking distance.
- Difficult and not always available parking spot on the narrow street.
- Having a car is highly recommended as it is no safe walking around in narrow streets without sidewalks, especially at nights.
- Although not depended to the property, the lovely psaromoura beach (the main reason for choosing staying in the area) was always overcrowded, charging 3 times more for a sunbed set compared to the other beaches around and hardly allowing some free space for those prefer to use their own equipment.
