There was no internet connection for the full stay of several days. The contact via booking.com provided effectless advice. As a result neither Wifi nor television did work. No one showed up to support or solve the problem. There is the general impression that management never checks the flat's state except letting it be cleaned: Shade of floor lamp is loose, handle of freezer compartment in fridge is absent so it does not fully close, scratches on the kitchen table, broken cover of a socket outlet in the bathroom, missing cushions of chairs on the balcony, stains on sofa and chairs, motorized shades partially go down only with manual support. The appartement is quite new, bright and spacy. But without proper care it will not keep its level for long. Bring your own dish towel, because none is provided. Same for shampoo. Building is next to the mainstation. Therefore: a) it is good to reach b) the noise level is significant c) you have a nice view of the rails and platforms

Location was fantastic. We were part of a larger group that was staying next door at the Andaz. The central station is a few walking minutes away and for the city, the tram is right there. We actually came by car from Germany and were grateful that they had a garage (€20 extra per day). Oh, and the view from the apartment (top floor) is spectacular.

I’m not sure there is actually an AC in the apartment. We had to vent through the windows but it’s a busy area so you can’t sleep with open windows. We also had some party going on next door two of the three nights we were there (a long week). Not the owner’s fault, of course.

Die Aussicht, der große Balkon, grundsätzlich die weitere Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. Relativ schnelle Rückmeldung, als wir vor Ort Grund zur Reklamation hatten.

Sämtliche Polster (Küchenstühle, Sofa, Matratze vom Schlafsofa) und Vorhänge bedürfen der gründlichen Reinigung! Teppich riecht unangenehm. Angekündigte Minibar gibt es nicht, Frühstück wurde nicht mehr angeboten. Statt Schampoo und Duschgel gab es 2x Badezusatz. Küchenspüle und Kühlschrank defekt. Keine Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Keine Möglichkeit für eigene Reinigung zwischendurch.

Mieszkanie piękne i nowoczesne, z panoramicznym widokiem na Wiedeń z 18 piętra. Piękne zachody słońca. Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko dworca kolejowego, spokojna okolica. Dostaliśmy dokładne instrukcje co do zakwaterowania w dniu przyjazdu, wraz z filmem jak dojść do budynku. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i przygotowane na nas oraz dobrze wyposażone w sprzęt kuchenny: jest zmywarka, piekarnik, kuchenka, ekspres do kawy, kosmetyki do mycia. Aż szkoda było wyjeżdżać ☺️

Przed cały pobyt nie działało wifi. Informacje zwrotną dostaliśmy dopiero w nocy przed wyjazdem 😂 Nie był to jednak duży problem, bo mieliśmy internet z telefonu. W kuchni przydałaby się ścierka kuchenna oraz ręczniki kuchenne ☺️
