The property was in excellent condition and provided all we wanted for our stay. The location is excellent for seeing the Gower. It was very helpful to have a shop nearby. This property is highly recommended as are its hosts.

Chalet was super clean and welcoming. Perfect getaway for our family of 4 - the park / pool / softplay were all fab for the kids and there are some gorgeous places for day trips.

A perfect place for relaxation!

The property was in a great location, commutable by a short taxi to a wedding we were attending. The chalet was clean, tidy, warm, had great facilities and the area was quiet. Julie was a great host, she never minded when i asked her questions and she made us feel very welcome. We had a really enjoyable, easy stay and would definitely be back again if we visited Gower for a holiday rather than a wedding.

A beautiful lodge in a stunning area.

The property is stunning (the photos really don’t do it justice) and they have thought of everything: no need to take coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, kitchen roll, shower gel etc. The beach is about a 5 minute drive and Mumbles, where there are more shops about half an hour. The area is stunning with lots of walks, beaches, castles etc to visit. We ate at the King Arthur Hotel (about 5 mins drive away) and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool on site isn’t open until April so we didn’t get to experience it but the chip shop on site was decent.

We loved this property! You do need a car to get around though.

Great place to stay in the Gower - very family friendly!

The cottage was great, really comfy and well equipped. The holiday village facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the pool!

We found it difficult to find walks from the holiday village, meaning we had to drive before we could go for a walk (which wasn't too bad as it was only 5 mins from the coast). However we wondered if some local walking route suggestions could have been included in the welcome pack?

Comfortable chalet in a fab location

Convenient location for exploring the Gower, only around 10 minutes away from Rhossili Bay. Really well equipped with great facilities to keep young kids entertained. We were supplied with a cot and highchair to make our stay nice and easy.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, but you can run into that anywhere really.

A little haven

The chalet overall was fab, as described, with a personal touch from the host. It had everything we needed. We were looking for a quiet getaway, a place to spend time together as a family and that's what we got! 5 stars 🌟 Gower holiday Village was just right for us. The chalets location, directly opposite the pool. It had plenty of green space, with areas to the front and rear of property. The site staff and locals were very friendly and helpful. As other places we've stayed in, have been very busy sites. This was a little haven! A very calming and relaxing site to stay on. With a short walk to the shop and a chippy also next door.

This is not a fault! Simply commenting as a parent of older swimmers, pre-teens... if the pool area could have a little upgrade. It would have been idea, if it had an outside space to enable us to enjoy the sun while the children swam. I.e To read a book pool side, on a little patio area. Personally we like to swim and sunbathe, however it wasnt an issue to sunbathe back at the chalet and return for a dip later in the day. Keeping everyone happy 😇

A lovely stay

Really cosy chalet in the heart of the Gower. The host was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed in it for 4 adults. There was even a Chromecast plugged into the TV which was much appreciated! Would highly recommend.
