Loveeee! Wish we could stay longer!

Spectacular views and a homely stay

Amazing little property. The room was a great size with a comfy bed and cozy interior. Good sized room and the bathroom was massive. The biggest plus was the communal kitchen area. It was massive and so well equipped. Very well looked after by staff with fresh roses on each table daily. The view from the room was also stunning. Marianna met us when we arrived and was very helpful with showing us around. She sent us lots of great suggestions like the Mele a Mel apple festival. If you’re in town when it’s on I highly recommend. She also provided us with great hike recommendations and walks. The area is quite pretty in autumn with the trees changing colour. I would 100% recommend this stay to all of my friends and family. We absolutely loved it here.

Being on the lowest floor the building is not very sound proof. Could hear other people who were staying entering and exiting the building, going up the stairs and conducting extra curricular activities in their rooms which woke us up. Nothing the property owners can do about that. It’s just something to note.

Great host!

Sabrina is a very nice host. She greeted us with a happy hour drinks and snacks. She decorate the place with like a five hotel stars. The room itself is very nice. Sabrina prepared us breakfast and even she gave us several things to bring.

Clean and very friendly!!

We had to stay somewhere in the Dolomites and found this one in 5 minutes. We arrived late and the host Marianna gave us a very clear instruction. The room was big and everything was very clean. Marianna herself was extremely friendly and gave us usefull tips of the surrounding. We had an awesome stay.

A small gem with big heart. We‘d come back anytime!

Our stay at the accommodation was simply wonderful! Everything was arranged with great attention to detail – from the lovely decorations to the immaculate cleanliness of the entire property. Marianna was a fantastic host: always available, warm, and incredibly helpful. She not only picked us up from the bus stop and later brought us to the train station, but also gave us many great tips for places to visit and how to get around by public transport. The shared kitchen was a real highlight: spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully organized – with individual fridge sections and seating areas for each room. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including spices, coffee, and even pasta for all guests. The outdoor area was equally inviting, with sun loungers, seating, and a table to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As travelers relying on public transport, we especially appreciated Marianna’s support – she made it incredibly easy to find our way and settle in. A truly delightful stay that we would gladly repeat anytime!

The only minor thing to keep in mind: bus connections to the surrounding mountain areas aren’t very frequent, so some planning is needed if you’re traveling without a car. Also, while we didn’t notice it ourselves, guests staying below the upper floor mentioned that sounds from above can be heard.

Flower-filled oasis in the southern Dolomites

A really gorgeous old farm stay, with beautifully decorated rooms and gardens filled with roses and jasmine. The shared kitchen was so well equipped – great for preparing packed lunches for your hikes – with coffee and tea freely provided. Marianna was also a wonderful host, and gave lot of great suggestions for hikes in the area. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the southern part of the Dolomites, or as a calm oasis only an hour and a half away from the bustle of Venice!

Wonderful!

Beautiful location, so serene. The gardens are lovely and Marianne created multiple spots to sit and relax within it. She’s lovely and has an eye for detail. All The necessary items are there for cooking and having a cosy night at home. The area is also lovely and lots to explore and go for a hike, walk, swim or just some lovely food.

Flower holiday for two

We are in love with this place. Very quiet, calm and lovely with all that flowers around. We stayed there for 4 nights and after that we are completely relaxed. There is shared well equipped kitchen with shared fridge and common room. Coffee and tea are available. If you need, you can also use the laundry room. The host, Marianna, was so nice, she was always around and gave us a lot of useful tips for trips and restaurants. We felt like home, thank you for that experience and special thanks to Marianna for everything. :)

An amazing place, in an old farm from the 1750s, surrounding by nature and ponds. an 1.5 hrs drive from the heart of the dolomites, but very very easy to get there. The host was an amazing lady with a very familiar and cozy welcoming. clean rooms, nice view, pastoralic.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Nature with Thoughtful Hosts

Marianna was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, including fantastic local recommendations and access to laundry facilities. The grounds are filled with stunning flowers that make the place feel like a dream. The shared kitchen is truly a masterpiece—beautifully designed, fully equipped, and clearly created with great attention to detail. Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully considered and immaculate. It’s clear that the owners are deeply passionate about what they do.

Exceptional stay and host.

We loved it here. The property is gorgeous and the shared kitchen so lovely with everything you need and amazing attention to detail such as flowers from the garden on the tables and historical photos from the village on the wall. Fattoria dei fiori was a dream! Amazing place, so peaceful and relaxing. Lovely and comfortable rooms, great kitchen with all that you need to prepare meals, and an amazing host Marianna who gave me great tips about the area. Very good location, close to main road and supermarkets, but still remote enough to feel the coutryside tranquility!

Very cute location, almost like a museum. Old and nice buildings. Stuff is really friendly and helpful - thank you, once more! Kitchen is shared by residents but it is comfortable and nice.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful property in a tranquil setting. Great starting point for the Dolomites. The host, Marianna was so friendly. She always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room (literature themed room)I was spacious and comfy. The property has the cutest communal dining room and kitchen with room for storage in the refridgerator and pots and pans for cooking. I highly recommend this amazing property.

Very good

Marianna and her family was amazing hosts! All the restaurants and locations/activities she recommended was so great, she really knows her area! The room and common areas where great! Kitchen had everything you need, incl a coffee machine. Location is perfect for going to the Dolomiti and lago del Mis is a great place to get into the water!

Beds were not very comfy. Wasn't possible to sit outside for long as there was too many mosquitoes, which is expected, but just to prepare you! :)
