Pros: * Beautiful surroundings with a spacious garden, there is also kids corner, sun beds, chairs etc. * Quiet and peaceful location, especially when the other apartments are unoccupied. * Far from the village, offering a relaxing countryside atmosphere. * Very friendly and welcoming host representative who spoke English and was helpful upon arrival. * Comfortable bed with a firm mattress. * Clean and fresh bed linen & towels. * Plenty of parking space available. * Kitchen & some appliances available to use.

The Booking com listing is misleading and does not accurately describe the property. There are actually three separate apartments on the premises (two larger two-bedroom apartments and one smaller one-bedroom apartment), but this information is not clearly stated. We stayed in the smallest apartment for four nights. What was supposed to be a dream location and a wonderful stay for the price we paid turned into a disappointing experience due to multiple issues and unexpected costs. Cons: * Hidden fees were added upon arrival: €60 cleaning fee and €6 gas fee. These charges were not clearly disclosed on Booking.com before booking. * The property is managed by Novasol, which requires payment through their own system rather than Booking.com. We received a cancellation email from Novasol despite our Booking.com reservation still showing as confirmed. After contacting the host, we were told to come anyway and eventually paid on arrival via PayPal to a private email address. The final amount was higher than the Booking.com price due to the additional fees. * Guests are required to sign a written contract in Italian only, with no English translation provided. * The photos of the small apartment are not entirely accurate. The apartment is noticeably darker and smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is suitable for two people but would feel cramped for more. * Free Wi-Fi is advertised, but there was no usable Wi-Fi signal inside the small apartment during our stay. * Toilet paper was not provided beyond half a roll left in the bathroom. When I asked via WhatsApp, I was told that apartments are managed independently and that guests need to purchase additional toilet paper & toiletries themselves. * No toiletries were provided, no bin bags etc * Despite paying a €60 cleaning fee, guests are instructed to remove their own rubbish and take bin bags to communal bins before departure (see pictures of info leaflet).
